Founders: Dnipropetrovsk Oblast League amateurs of Ukraine, Dnepropetrovsk OSOU
Competitions are held the first full "Weekend" (full Saturday and Sunday), June 17:00 UTC Saturday to 05:00 UTC Sunday (in 2011 - 4-5 June).
To participate in the competition are invited amateurs from Ukraine and other countries and territories worldwide.
The competition involved teams (the team - 2 or 3 operators) and operators of individual stations.
Competitions are held in the categories of Single OP (SO) - one operator, Multi OP (MO) - many operators a call and Club stations (CO) club station, a radar, and 3 of call in a credit.
For the category of Single OP to allow only one signal at a time. For the category of Multi OP and Club stations - one signal for each band at each time.
For Category Club stations - credit is given for the amount of bonds for a maximum of three call signs, operating from one location.
For foreign participants - 2 separate test groups: 50 MHz and other VHF (144 MHz or higher).
Groups of participants:

A. 50 MHz, MOMB MIX (CW + FONE),
B. 50 MHZ, SOMB MIX (CW + FONE),
C. 144 MHZ and up all bands (144 MHz or higher) MOMB, MIX (CW + FONE),
D. 144 MHZ and up all bands (144 MHz or higher) SOMB, MIX (CW + FONE),
E. 144 MHZ and up all bands (144 MHz or higher) SOMB, FM,
F. 144 MHZ, SOSB, MIX (CW + FONE),
G. 144 MHZ and up all bands (144 MHz or higher) COMB, MIX (CW + FONE),
Foreign participants:
H. 50 MHz, MIX (CW + FONE),
I. 144 MHZ and up (144 MHz or higher), MIX (CW + FONE),

The claimed results are offset only to a test group (for example, if the member states in Group C or D, it results in group F does not count and vice versa).
Competitions are held simultaneously in the ranges: 50, 144, 432 and above.
Modes: CW, PHONE (SSB, FM).
For categories MO (group A, C) and CO (group G) all jobs, antennas and equipment located on the members only area with a diameter not exceeding 500 meters.
Competitors make a QSO with any type of transmission of radio waves (active repeaters are not used).
QSO is valid, if held, and confirmed reports of a complete, error-free exchange of control numbers, consisting of RS or RST, serial number (starting with 001 for each band) and WW-QTH locator at an acceptable discrepancy in time not more than two minutes. The timing of communication is the moment of its completion.

QSO with the same party shall be counted only once for each band (regardless of the type of work).
Summarizes the results of competitions for each group of participants.
In the category of CO (group G) personal results of two or three categories of operators SO (Group D) are added and credited to the club. Based on the joint decision of the club call sign (one of the members of the club call sign) says operators, in addition, the report of each. In this case, communication between stations belonging to the club, do not count.

For each scoring radio points are added up to 1 kilometer distance to the reporter:
- In the range 50 mHz - 1 point;
- In the range of 144 mHz - 1 point;
- In the range of 432 mHz - 4 points;
- In the range above 432 mHz - 8 points;
Connection with amateur radio stations, did not report to the jury, but there are no less than 5 records, counted as the 50% score.

The panel of judges reserves the right to set off the communication carried out at 50 MHz, which occur less than 5 sent records (however the same for all participants), as well as communications received from the reports submitted by foreign jury.
Every great WW-loc give 1 point for multiplier on each band.
The final total score is defined as the total sum of products of sums of points for communication on each range, the sum of multipliers on the appropriate range (points ITGOVYE = (SCORE 144 x 144 SQUARE + SQUARE SUNGLASSES 432 x 432 + ...)
Each participant, regardless of the number of QSO is a report in the prescribed form separately for each range. Records of the Ukrainian participants should be sent to the jury not later than 14 days and after the competition (the first day is the Monday after the end of the competition). Reports from foreign countries must be sent within one calendar month after the end of the competition (in 2011 to 5 July inclusive).
Reports received after the deadline shall be taken to control (Check Log).
Note:
Information about carried out the links in the form of an extract from the hardware magazines, sent via e-mail, and other species not in the prescribed form to be taken by the judging panel for the control (Check Log).
The report should consist of text files, separated by bands performed in the format of EDI. The names of the files, reports by bands consist of callsign with an extension indicates the range, for example: ut7e.50, ut7e.144. These files are attached to the email, the title of which is indicated only call and one of the test groups: (A, B, C, D, E, etc.). Members in the category CO (group G) also indicate the call sign for his club.

for the largest number with the members of KLP, participating in competitions (counts CONNECTION WITH THE SAME MEMBERSHIP on different bands) for 50 and above!

Note: If one or more members of KLP is part of the team, and officially stated in the report, the communication with the team counted on each band, respectively, both with members of the KLP 1-2-3 (ie, for example, each link with collective party, where there are 2 member KLP = 2 bonds to offset the prize).

Belonging to a KLP is determined through the list of members of the KLP, site www.blrci.ucoz.ru at the date of the competition.
